11 Aug 2009เพลงนี้แต่งขึ้นสมัยที่ผมยังเป็น Worship/Media Director ของคริสตจักรใจสมาน (โบสถ์ที่อยู่ตรงสถานีรถไฟฟ้านานาน่ะแหละครับ) ตอนนั้นอยากจะได้เพลงใหม่อีกซักเพลงนึงสำหรับรายการพิเศษวันแม่นอกเหนือจากเพลง “ค่าน้ำนม” และ “อิ่มอุ่น” ที่ร้องกันมาตั้งแต่เด็ก
ตอนที่ลงมือเขียนเพลงนี้ ประโยคพร้อมทำนองที่ว่า “แต่ฉันไม่ลืมผู้หนึ่ง ซึ่งเป็นคนสำคัญ…ฉันมีวันนี้เพราะคุณแม่” เป็นไอเดียแรกที่เข้ามาในหัว เป็นประโยคง่ายๆ ธรรมดาๆ แต่เป็นสิ่งที่ผมคิดว่าลูกๆ ทุกคนคงจะพูดอย่างนี้กับแม่ของตัวเองแน่นอน
จริงๆ จะว่าไปแล้ว เพลงนี้สามารถออกมาเป็นรูปเป็นร่างให้ทุกท่านฟังได้ก็เพราะคุณแม่ผมเหมือนกัน เพราะว่าอุปกรณ์ในการทำเพลงนี้ทั้งหมดเป็นเงินที่คุณแม่สนับสนุนให้ในช่วงเริ่มต้นของการเป็นนักแต่งเพลง คุณภาพในการอัดเสียงและการ mix อาจจะไม่ได้ดีมากนะครับสำหรับเพลงนี้ เพราะว่าเป็นยุคสมัยที่เริ่มต้นทำเพลงด้วยตัวเองจริงๆ อุปกรณ์อะไรต่างๆ ก็มีจำกัด อัดเสียงก็อัดกันในห้องนอนนี่แหละ
สุดท้ายนี้ขอให้ทุกท่านรักแม่มากๆ นะครับ สุขสันต์วันแม่สำหรับคุณแม่ทุกคนครับ
